Supervisor

G&P is a world-leading quality management provider operating across the automotive, aerospace, defence and industrial sectors. Due to continued growth in the Czech Republic, we are looking for a Quality Supervisor to support operational delivery at a customer site in Písek.

About the Role

Reporting to the Project / Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of quality inspectors and ensuring that all activities on site run efficiently and meet both G&P and customer standards. This is a hands-on role in a production environment with responsibility for daily operations and team coordination.

Requirements

• Based in the Písek region (Pražské Předměstí)

• Driving licence category B – active driver

• Secondary education with school-leaving exam

• Experience in manufacturing, automotive, or team leadership is an advantage

• English language at B2 level

• Fluent Czech language

• Basic knowledge of PC (MS Office)

Key Responsibilities

• Organise and manage daily operations of the assigned area

• Plan and coordinate quality inspections and activities

• Lead and support a team of inspectors

• Communicate with customer representatives (Supervisors, Team Leaders)

• Ensure product quality according to defined standards

• Perform inspections during shifts as required

• Maintain reporting and project-related administration

• Ensure compliance with HSE and internal company rules

Candidate Profile

• Experience in manufacturing, automotive, or quality environment preferred

• Previous experience with team coordination is an advantage

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• Responsible, reliable, and proactive approach

• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to operational needs

• Team player with a practical mindset

Location & Working Schedule

Based in Písek – on-site role

3-shift operation (06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00 / 22:00–06:00)

• Salary from CZK 210/hour

• Bonus CZK 10/hour after training
