Site Coordinator

G&P is a world-leading quality management provider operating across the automotive, aerospace, defence and industrial sectors. Due to continued growth in the Czech Republic, we are looking for a Project (Site) Coordinator to support and develop customer projects in the Písek region.

About the Role

Reporting to the Business / Operations Manager, you will take full responsibility for assigned quality projects, ensuring their stability, performance, and further development. You will lead teams, communicate daily with customers, and oversee operational excellence directly on-site.

Requirements

• Based in the Písek region (Pražské Předměstí)

• Driving licence category B – active driver (essential)

• Experience in automotive quality (min. 1 year) or team leadership experience

• English language at B2 level

• Fluent Czech language

• Good knowledge of MS Office

• Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, 8D, FMEA, 5WHY, Pareto, 5S is an advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Full responsibility for assigned quality projects, including stabilization and development

• Leading project teams (Supervisors, Team Leaders, Inspectors)

• Daily communication with customers (quality, logistics, production, management)

• Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships

• Setting up new projects and preparing project documentation

• Organising shifts and managing project audits (Level 1 & Level 2)

• Monitoring and evaluating project performance on a daily basis

• Ensuring compliance with company standards, HSE, Fire Protection, and internal procedures

• Overseeing 5S standards, work processes, and employee presentation

• Managing customer complaints, analysing root causes (8D, 5WHY), and implementing corrective actions

• Minimising complaints and ensuring high service quality

• Participating in internal and customer audits

• Cooperating with the Quality Manager on quality-related topics

• Supporting recruitment and managing personnel agenda in cooperation with HR

• Ensuring onboarding (induction) training for new employees

• Evaluating employees, managing skills matrix, and planning team development

• Motivating and leading the team on-site

• Managing assets and controlling measuring equipment including calibration

• Monitoring workforce efficiency and stand-by levels

• Ensuring project authorization process (signatures, deadlines)

• Reporting to the Business / Operations Manager

• Achieving defined KPIs/BMIs

• Supporting business growth through sales leads and improvement proposals

• Ensuring regular customer feedback

Candidate Profile

• Experience in automotive, manufacturing, or quality environment

• Leadership or coordination experience preferred

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• Proactive, reliable, and independent personality

• Ability to work under pressure and manage operational challenges

• Team player with a continuous improvement mindset

Location & Benefits

Based in Písek with on-site presence at customer projects

• Competitive salary: CZK 45,000 – 50,000 / month

• Meal allowance: CZK 150/day

• 2 sick days
