CMM Quality Inspection Technician

We’re looking for a skilled Quality Inspection Technician with strong experience in FARO Arm / Absolute Arm CMM and PolyWorks to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

If you’re confident programming and inspecting using portable CMM equipment and enjoy working on both production and new product introduction, this could be a great fit.

What you’ll be doing:

• Programming and inspecting using FARO Arm / Absolute Arm with PolyWorks
• Producing detailed measurement reports for production and new parts
• Supporting NPI, fixture validation, and dimensional analysis
• Investigating quality issues and contributing to 8D problem solving
• Working with engineering drawings and applying GD&T principles

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience with FARO Arm / Absolute Arm CMM
• Strong PolyWorks programming and reporting skills
• Good understanding of GD&T
• Background in manufacturing, automotive, or precision engineering
• A hands-on, detail-focused approach
